I have a hard time sleeping. Any sleep exercises other than counting sheep that I can perform?

. Physicians wanted to give sleeping pills, and look into extensive possibilities of why this was happening…
Thank goodness I got away from these “experts” at that time of my life.
Because the ticket was:
- exercise
- great diet
- prayer
- affirmations
- blue mirror exercises
- meditation
- getting in touch with who I was, what I wanted for myself and my-true priorities..being congruent with self and tapping into my energizing heart(:
This didn’t help just a little bit, it created a phenomenal life for me..Not only did I begin sleeping again ..even more soundly than my greatest nights sleep before, my health issues disappeared permanently, and I defined good health in ways that went beyond the absence of health-problems.
Do not discount the power of regular exercise!
