★How do I get started?

I don’t have any “brain enhancement” software or anything like that; and don’t feel like spending the money on it. So i’m going to be doing this old school. I’m going to start with confidence related aff’s and I don’t want my focus to be too broad. Any advice on how many aff’s to do? How many times to do them a day? Should I meditate first? And finally how can I do them effectively without the help of any “brainwaive entrainment” software?

“Old School” can be very effective. Work with five to ten affirmations at a time. If you are going to be writing them out, which is a great thing to do, start a notebook and write each one at least ten times. Meditation before hand could be beneficial but isn’t essential. If you have time do it in the morning when you first wake up and in the evening before you go to sleep. If you have a cd burner you can make a sleep tape to play softly during the night. I know I’m doing a good job when my hand starts getting sore from writing, lol. Also, read your affirmations aloud as you are writing.

In response to Tyler88’s post:
I find one of the most effective way is to use a mission statement along with your affirmations. It is important to retrain your brain to believe that you can do anything you want.

It seems really overwhelming to a lot of people, but before you can start creating your dream life you need to release any resentment or ill will that you have towards anyone in your life. This is a very important step, because no matter what you do if you have not forgiven everyone everything that emotion will block your progress. I use meridian tapping to change my energy flow along with my affirmations and mission statement. You don’t need to do a really long tap but one like This One can do wonders for the soul and the spirit.

I have also found some really good music can lift you where you want to be also. Find songs that inspire you and listen as often as possible.

Best of Luck

Everything you want you already have. Its just a matter of removing the blinfold and looking around you. “see” there it is lol

As far as affirmations go I would buy a set of mantra 108 beads’
A great mantra to use is OM BRZEE NAMAHA Before meditation

A lot of people use english affirmations but Mantras are heaps more powerful than affirmations because of thier energy and will give you what you want as long as you are chanting with a pure heart’

I chant my mantras while Listen to my brainwaves” Its awsome’

have a great day’
