The loving mind can observe peace and joy in one moment, and then grief in the next moment, and it will not be shattered by the change. A mind filled with love can be likened to the sky with a variety of clouds moving through it–some light and fluffy, others ominous and threatening. No matter what the situation, the sky is not threatened by the clouds. It is free. ~Sharon Salzberg

Speaking of playing🥳 with love energy - I am incredibly grateful for this site❣️❣️ it’s after 3:00AM & I wrote a long time friend - who is a ‘bit’ difficult… a loving snail mail . Everything completely honest & completely loving .. & with respectful kindness/ boundaries. That’s a combo. It’s this site that allows me to be the love I Am . That might confuse some people . Though if the world has a different idea about love … we don’t have to agree. We just love 💕
