- Are you keeping your reminders all in 1 place ?
- Do you look at your reminders @ a set time?
- Did you eat well today ?
- Do you recall what you’ve ingested (supplements included)? Are you keeping a notebook for this? Why or why not?
- Are you caught up on your correspondence (personal & business) ?
- Have you scheduled exercise ? If not - do you have a good idea when & where ?
- Pick an area to organize & set a timer to declutter .
- What are your known appointments for the rest of this month?
- What are your known reminders for next month?
- What are you not including that you need to begin planning for?
- How often do you want to create a declutter-time? What ideas beyond & including what is already done regularly- would you like to see as a regular feature of this routine?
- Do you have a shopping list?
- How do you want to decorate and keep your bulletin board eye catching & wonderfully functional?
- How are your social interactions going?
- How are your boundaries ? Do you need to tighten boundaries up with anyone?
- How are hygiene and appearance activities? Are they going well?
- How are your office areas maintained ( files & folders included)?
