Being in the present… we can only be in this moment otherwise we live in our head more than the action & being of now

Lets start the next now moment now(:

 

BE YOU

As I start this moment - I allow thoughts of how I would like to proceed .

As ai start this moment, I know I can only do 1 thing at a time 

as I start in this moment .. I am allowing my readiness to begin a newer state of action

As I start in this moment I feel able, willing & available to my now of  the basics of my early afternoon 

I have given myself the go ahead .

Its okay It’s all okay&

allowing it all to continue to be okay 

BE YOU

I am capable of achieving my goals today.

I honor my body and its needs.

I am worthy of love and care.

I embrace each moment with gratitude.

I am strong and resilient.

I choose to focus on what I can control.

 

BE YOU

I am making progress, no matter how it appears

 

I deserve to take breaks and rest.

I am in tune with my body’s signals.

I am surrounded by support and love.

I am learning and growing every day.

I trust myself to make the right decisions.

I am deserving of peace and calm.

I am proud of my accomplishments, big and small.

I am open to awesome  possibilities and experiences.

I intend to embrace the journey of healing and growth.

I intend to be flexible and adapt my plans as needed.

I intend to focus on quality over quantity in my tasks- somehow quanity just happens too
