I am committed to a consistent sleep schedule that supports my well-being.

I release the need to stay awake too  late and embrace restful sleep.

I am patient with myself as I adjust my sleep patterns.

Each night, I fall asleep more easily and wake up even more refreshed.

I honor my body’s natural rhythms and allow myself to rest.

I love controlling my sleep habits, and I choose to prioritize it as restfulness I love 

I am grateful for the restorative power of sleep and embrace it fully.
