FEBRUARY 2025 Intentions of Allowing Something More

Every one of us can find something to appreciate in this moment … THougjh we often feel that infamous more nagging at us … If we wait too long- it becomes a should … & if we wait way too long -if not careful  it can become a regret . Most of us choose to live without regrets… so we listen to those nagging reminders … and we understand EVERYTHING is a process … we don’t just wiggle our nose and every aspect of completeness occurs … though complete for that moment can … though we need to listen to what we are knowing is sufficient for our now… and allow room for the infamous more to educate us & allow ourselves to change what we can. We know change is inevitable - though so is how we respond … What is your inevitable today ? Respond with intentions to the infamous more of your spirit . It is waiting for you . 

This thread is about intentions- Allow Create and Be where you choose 

Set an Intention for the Next Hour: As you approach the end of the hour, set a positive intention for the next hour, focusing on how you want to feel and what you want to experience.

  1. Cultivate Gratitude: Take a moment to acknowledge and appreciate the small joys around you, whether it’s a warm cup of tea or a beautiful view.

  2. Breathe Deeply: Focus on your breath, taking deep, intentional breaths to center yourself and invite calmness and clarity.

  3. Practice Kindness: Intend to perform a small act of kindness for someone else, which can create a ripple effect of joy for both you and them.

  4. Engage Your Senses: Pay attention to what you see, hear, smell, taste, and touch in your environment, allowing these sensations to enhance your experience.

  5. Let Go of Perfection: Release the need for everything to be perfect; embrace the beauty in imperfection and the joy of simply being.

  6. Nurture Your Body: Use this hour to move your body in a way that feels good, whether it’s stretching, dancing, or cleaning , celebrating your physical self.

  7. Reflect on Joy: Spend a few moments reflecting on what brings you joy and how you can incorporate more of those elements into your life.
