We can’t let other people tell us how to feel - though we can address this with ourselves .
Say you have had a significant loss, the last thing most anyone wants is to have someone say - ‘get happy’ … Most of us would want to run & isolate from those ‘who don’t get it’
Though… when we instruct ourselves - that we are ready to give life another perspective … another opportunity… we become inspired.
