DECEMBER 2024 pg 1/Encouragement (CAN -WILL - AM FAITHFULLY) our new story

Ӝ̵̨̄ƷI now am enjoying all conceivable ways (and then some) to free up my ‘inner circuitry’ and replace with creative powerful productive momentum.

I pace myself with the harmony of my spirit place. This is ideal flow! Time stops for all I do and all I AM.

  →   Time stops for me, and I remain in a ideal flow.
  →   Time is more than plentiful; it stops for me as desired.
  →   I love how time stops for me.
  →   I am enough, and I have enough time to be my best self.

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ I am allowing my heart to feel more and more faith filled

and progressively joy-connected with each fresh new moment.

TIME DISTORTION.....by Melvin D. Saunders-link for full article

.......You can memorize and say the following statements to yourself or you can put them on a cassette tape for playback when you're relaxed.

 
....Now begin using the following suggestions on yourself:
1)  I am feeling good.  I am feeling wonderful.
2)  The beats are slowing now -- slower - slower.
3)  The time between each beat is seeming longer and longer.
4)  I am relaxed and I have lots of time.
5)  Time is only relative to what I want it to be.
6)  Each stroke is further and further apart now.
7)  There is lots of time.
8)  I feel so relaxed and at peace with myself.
9)  Time is slowing down.
10) Each beat of the metronome feels distantly separated.

......Repeat the above suggestions or similar ones over and over to yourself until you "feel" that each click of the metronome is spaced between 2 - 4 minutes apart. Bring into mental focus the material you want to review and say the following:

1)  I have plenty of time to review this.
2)  Every time I do this, I improve myself and my performance.
3)  I am relaxed and taking my time.
4)  The more I practice, the easier it becomes.
5)  I am feeling good and experiencing no hurry.
6)  I have all the time that I need to accomplish this review.
7)  I am completing my review.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In this moment, it feels like I have a lot on my plate.

Though, the definition of overwhelm I just recently saw... basically said:

was placing too many things on a list and giving them  equal value & equal value energy.

I like that I give so many things energy of desire...

though right now I will take a step back... way back

and start anew.

Ahhh much better.

In this moment, I have soooo much gratitude & appreciation.

I have gratitude and appreciation for having had and have  loved ones in my world

and 

opportunities.

I have gratitude and appreciation for a wonderful  'abundance'

I love taking time to celebrate no matter what is happening

All opportunities.

I will take each area a piece at a time, and feel the joy associated with each.
