This thread focuses doing daily activities with ease. It’s about staying on task without overwhelm… Thinking enough without overthinking. Let’s get started.

Allow your mind to be 1 large beautiful playing field -While you need to see the whole field … Stepping back is how to jump into what needs to be done to actually activate the action lever of doing it with desire . Why does this need to be done ? Are you doing it out of fear - if this then that mode ? Or are you doing it because loving life with ease just makes more joyful sense ?
