Goals have all kinds of steps & processes .
The need to balance it out so we stay inspired & productive is always in midst
.
Lets inspire our joy,
let’s inspire our steps with whatever is most needed in the plan
to keep on keeping on which whatever is most important to us

Day 1
Among the many things on my plate - my foundation for all else is self care .
My plans include others - though to remember my vital need to stay focused on what makes me (as Poppy recently brought out) … what makes me come alive .
Accomplishments in morning - spoke to people by text & phone -
was able to stay present for others -
while not feeling distracted
& continue to
feel what I need to do
& what I value in feeling for today .
Next right action - EAT ✅

Begin new task list in a mind dump form ✅
(Remember to do this daily) ✅
change what I easily can … when opportunity arises - w/o distracting myself from points of main focus ✅
