meeting is YOU & Peace.
I will place the suggested Reflection Questions here / though please get a feel for the energy of the meeting by glancing at the posts

1. How important is self care to you
& what does self care mean to you ?
2. If you were taking care of someone you loved more than anyone - would your habits /routines / rituals be sufficient for the gift of self care you would like them to receive ?

My belief is - how can you live
with everyday uncertainties
with people places and things
if your world is so focused on
life coming apart at the seams?
Am I speaking about the world at large, myself or any specific person? No . I am referring to gravitating to inner peace before perceiving anything.
If my world needs my attention … if those I can help need my support… I need to be grounded in peace .
there is of course turmoil in the world
& in our own worlds
I will not allow the energy
of unrest be the energy of my
perception for life /living
As you grow older
life shake you up & down
Its up to each of us to choose tools that ground us .
this Happiness meeting is about taking the time for inner peace - so you can give it away to others ( if being more settled in this finite time we have on earth) is valuable to others. If it isn’t - live & let live .

Choose to see it the way that gives you what you need - so you have the peaceful loving energy to be your authentic self & give good vibes to the world.
The world needs that from us. Heck,we need that.

Choose how to color your world so you have the peace you would like to see in the world. As they say it’s starts with you & me

allow the energy that you want to infuse in your world
It’s okay to live in your very own bubble. Others can only join you if you invite them. If you let them in , and you find out it was a an error in judgment….

Suggested Reflection Questions
1. How important is self care to you
& what does self care mean to you ?
There is almost nothing more important to me than self care .
Why? I have learned over & over again
throughout my life -
just for me & when caring for those who mean the world to me -
without a peaceful balanced healthy relationship with myself -
I have nothing of great value for others …
Because I will wear out long before the person
I care for if I do not love myself with demonstrative self care
2. If you were taking care of someone you loved more than anyone - would your habits /routines / rituals be sufficient for the gift of self care you would like them to receive ?
If I had the ability
to give the gift of a
replica of my self care to a
loved one - would it be sufficient?
No
Why ?
Because I try to be
an entire team for a multitude of projects for
myself

I then attempt to explain my involvement in my life
to others
-,so they can grasp my world .
By the time I engage with my tasks - again …I have taken up necessary energy & time I didn’t have - just to be more open with others .
The challenge is not that I am desiring to be more open … as much as I would like to find new ways to share where
- I can be best understood
- Take care of me first
- And not report things - that are just for me/ no matter what questions others feel I need to respond to

I truly care what I ingest . I have a passion for this information & this practice.

1)
Sleep is 1 area I want to improve
I sleep deeply
I dream always
no problem going to sleep at all
I just want to ‘eventually’ get a full 7-8 hours sleep & stay asleep

c. Do you feel that your self care life honors you by
how you take care of you ?
most of the time
I do much for my thinking - keeping it peaceful & flowing - for the things that matter most to me.
d. Do you feel filled with self love
, self respect & harmony?
Whenever I do absolutely anything for myself- I feel major self love.
e. If not what would have you feeling more of these things?
To feel more of these things - is to simply and powerfully create a stronger discipline with my weakest links

Current intentions/focus:
What am I learning now?
That's a big question! Its also very autobiographical!
I am learning that I break through my "guard rails" sometimes accidentally.
Only in hindsight, do I realize that what I broke through was my fear.
What I am re-learning is that once again, I am here to learn, I am here to grow. I am hear to figure out a whole lot of things, and the most meaningful things are about my self and my relationships.
My greatest thing that I can do is to love and accept my Self and others.
In no means - am I perfect. Narcissists are the only people who think that they are perfect. I am not narcissistic. I have never claimed to be perfect, nor have I ever wanted to be perfect, because there is no reality with that perception.
I believe we are all here to learn, and we all learn by experiences.
It's true that its not helpful to make comparisons between ourself and others. Only we can determine what our next intention should be. My goal should always be aimed at "my highest good."
I think that's why simplicity is invaluable, because if we can learn to allow simplicity, we can learn to that the gift of simplicity is like the hidden gift of inner freedom. And, that judgement can stand in our way, and it can impede or impair us, and judgements can take a life-time, space and energy, and changes the way that we see ourselves, others and the world.
What is my focus? What are my goals, intentions, priorities?
Intention points us towards creation. IMO, I am lucky to have hands that are ALIVE, ready work, ready to build, ready to make a difference.
I have goals.
My goal is to be happy, health and satisfied.
My intention is to live this life to my fullest, and keep growing, keep drinking in the sun.
Choose inner peace. Choose balance. Embrace my experience of Self.
How is my energy, health and vitality?
My energy can be complex, like the rest of me: complex. Life is complex. My life is no exception.
My health is in good. My vitality fluctuates.
This is a big question!
I'm just focused. I'm just paying attention to my progress.
What changes are expected in the next 6 months; and at 12 months? Shoot for the moon and starts, and keep planning: What are my plans for myself in the next 2 years, 3 years, and 5 years?
I am in the middle of big changes. I will be moving soon, getting a bigger place and getting ready to start a new job soon.
I will have to come back and spend time with the building of a timeline.
I do have enthusiasm about my future and how its going to be! I enjoy thinking about building up to retirement and having a practical home. I would love to have a nice piece of land, with hill country views, topiphography, several types of old Oaks.

New affirmations, new intentions, new focus:
- God's love enables me to change and grow beyond fear and limitations.
- I choose to learn new and meaningful ways to sooth myself, so that I can experience inner peace and faith.
- I use the image of a protective light golden white bubble and it glows and light streams within it. I can visualize this and I can put this protective bubble around myself at anytime, and I can choose to connect with my inner peace and my faith and be safe no matter what.
- My goal is to help other people in their quest within the healthcare system.

Self Compassion, new paths to new self care:
I accept myself, in all of my coming and going.
I learn something valuable from making mistakes. Sometimes, the bigggest mistakes lead to the greatest growth, even if at the time it seems like a horrible mistake, it really is about learning, growth and self acceptance.
It doesn't mean that its easy, pretty or a good time. But - purpose forms us. We go through things and we become stronger, we find out that we growing in principle... We are growing - often through loss and/or pain, and we will never be the same.
The harder the lesson, the bigger the course of our personal growth.
Lots of lessons are life lessons.
What I have learned about Happiness Meetings is that we do have choice. We do get to make decisions. We can always choose peace, even if we can't control or change outcomes.
