Affirmations

I AM open to the newness of this very New Year.

I have eliminated frustration , impatience, and irritation by understanding my Very Capable HIGHER team Partner

makes no mistakes

in my life.

My higher mind knows how,

so forever more,

I have stopped engaging

with my lower mind

who thinks

life is only survival.

When it feels

like I do not know

where to begin,

I remember where to start

is less important

than continuing on

with anything

that benefits me

and brings me greater peace.

I value my needs,

feelings and beliefs

and

lovingly explore their relevance

in my daily life.
