(a) Actually bc I just completed a detailed involved project & so much went intro this
… I have not allowed
sufficient time to dive or ease
into feeling the rest of things that ‘should’ ‘logically’ follow.

I do many things quite routinely to take care of myself & my environment, though like everything else ease, prayer , surrender , mindfulness & continuous review are still of great importance
I need to wake up each morning, feeling the
ease of l priorities.
I need to remember that there is no beginning without surrendering.
I need to do progressive affirmations specifically from my -heart place to reach where where I’d like to go, and what I’d like to-experience
this is part of what works for me
The other part that works for me is to detach from others
who enjoy or are simply habitual in bringing up things that are not aligned with my heart/soul/spirit place .
Also - my morning food is essential to things kicking in for me well & good.

Where I am is partially ready & another part is recovering from my involved place to do what I just did .
This healing hypnosis intends to help both both the symptoms and some root causes behind chronic fatigue, burnout and exhaustion. This begins by bringing relief for chronic pain and mind fog, and the aches and generalized pain that come with fatigue.

How does a shift in attention help & hurt ?
Attention shifting can add to focus or detract . Sounds common sense- though … It’s deeper for me. If I maintain my intention / my attention can shift around away from my specific focus as long as I am positively engaged.

How can you use shifting attention to better your focus?
when I manage my emotional self - I manage where I need to be . I need to be doing many things at once . I can’t only be happier …
