What I have learned about encouraging myself and even my desire to encourage others …
is to know my intention for the day.Â
Some days we will be very specific and some days not so much. Though, just be where you are, expect what you can reasonably do before expecting to ‘do the over the top’ thing.
I am glad I did that with myself. When I do hard things all the time even if they are all urgent & important, after awhile stress occurs … and that becomes the challenge at hand. Though, guess it’s all part of getting a footing / balance in our changing lives.
Nevertheless , if we know how we’d like to feel… we can create a life that will allow for more of those feelings . If you are someone who values how you feel … what I just said would have sone merit . I have met people - that getting things done is all that seems to matter to them … and they seem to deal with themselves no matter what the result - later.

To me feeling good , being well … is a #1 priority . If it is for you too this thread focuses on that.Â
Though I mentioned encouragement… if that isn’t you … & somehow being good to yourself seems to be a lower priority … I only can offer true encouragement- by asking you to take a moment to love yourself today… ask yourself what really matters to you & see how you can comply.
