Today I nurture my soul through prayer and meditation, and nurture my body with self care.

I choose to take exquisite care of myself, and I do this mindfully and automatically. I am very good at self care.

I Am enjoying my energy and my methods of self care.

I will joyously proceed;self care is a beautiful way of life

Self compassion is the cornerstone of selfcare, and self care is the basis for great givers, and great giver is who I am.

I make awesome self care decisions and I follow thru with joyful urgency.

I am fun to take care of!!!

I accept love into the sacred space of my soul.

I efficiently focus on self care and move forward with my values and what I want to accomplish.Self care as a way of life is The way to live.

I AM allowing extreme self care and I am serene and joyous in each present moment.

My heart guides my self care, home care and all energy for people, places and things I absolutely LOVE!!!

I choose compassionate Self care with every new thought.

Even when I feel distracted, I still find the focused joy for my self care, home care and prioritizing my highest valued tasks.

I will do my necessary self care things so I can do necessary things

I alwsys love cuddling my spirit with my thoughts and feelings of my most ideal self care.

My increased self care and kindness flow more automatically in my inner outer world.

Today is about giving myself whatever my spirit longs for in ingenious loving ways.

I now embody a life of demonstrative self care I am completely proud of.

I easily love and value my self and my world.

I see that I am really taking the business of self care to a whole new level.

I am so grateful that I have pivoted my focus on my Self... It almost like I've hit a blind spot, and now - its not a blind spot anymore!

I love how staying current with my own self care creates experiences which allow for greater possibilities within myself and with others.

I ALWAYS feed my body nutritious, wholesome foods; not self control, that is lovely self care.

I choose to dwell in peace, appreciation and freedom and so it is!

I am refreshed, and in the mode of operation for whatever I need and want.

As never before, with every breath I take, I Am allowing beautiful feelings of freedom into my life.

My mind creates an image of my body that is always vital, healthy, beautiful and strong.

Acceptance-energy and action enhances and creates my miraculous life.

I re-examine my thoughts, beliefs and feelings to make sure they match what I am asking My God , Creator of

this wealthy universe

to provide.

Simply breathing is the easiest way for me to live

have my perfect specifications

for all my needs.

Love how true acceptance

is a complete transformative

outstanding level of peace.

I Am an Incredible refreshed new way

with all the love and refreshing abilities of I AM.

I feel what is powerfully good for me are at my disposal right now

My wide open desirable choices on my journey are now & those in my future are patiently waiting for me

I know what I want and what I need and I am allowing this life of ease on my incredible newest journey.

I have blinders on for unwanted detours & only allowing incredible journey

I thank you God, as my awesome Perfect Provider/

connection to the Best of only the Best.
I claim that best

as I observe /participate

in that best

which is healthy,

whole

& perfectly loving qualities .

And it is all so. Amen.
