Though I imagine this is one reason
I love affirmations so much . We all know what we don’t like , what we don’t want to experience… The ‘trick’ is … know it and allow for the greater reality with thoughts , feelings and actions .. Without the contrast - we wouldn’t elevate ourselves to the desired state
