Hello Bmindful For the next 7 days ,
1) think of what you would like addressed
2) & stand back to assess.
3) frame your intention with desire and fun
4) take great care of you , so you have the best chances of feeling great
5) know if you break things down, and remember that you are a miracle , life is a miracle & that expectations of miracles is a large part of everything
6) put it in writing each day what you see occurring and prioritize
7) For the next 7 days , stop by and fully support your focus however you love 💕
8) after 7 days - start a new challenge or keep going with the current one on some level

Sleep – What do you feed your subconscious mind when you sleep? Think – What thoughts feed your conscious mind during the day? Eat – Did you eat healthy or unhealthy foods today? Physical – Did you get any physical activity today? Spirit – Did you nourish your spiritual muscles?
