For the next 7 days ,
1) think of what you would like addressed
2) & stand back to assess.
3) frame your intention with desire and fun
4) take great care of you , so you have the best chances of feeling great 
5) know if you break things down, and remember that you are a miracle , life is a miracle & that expectations of miracles is a large part of everything 
6) put it in writing each day what you see occurring and prioritize 
7) For the next 7 days , stop by and fully support your focus however you love 💕 
8) after 7 days - start a new challenge or keep going with the current one on some level
9) enjoy!

BE YOU

 

Day 1

Today is a great day for a great day.. I have allowed rest , and will pace myself so well today.
I created a protein drink to start the day.

I allowed my nourishment to kick in and assess my fun focus  for the day.
Everything I do will have an element of fun.

Joy will part of my plan. 
I include positive audios, affirmations, and have completed clarity about my intentions.

I will also include prayer - faith , trust & belief .

I desired to look forward to my day,

so I Am & did & will progressively Always .

More thoughts &

Affirmations:

 

1) → My faith is as the faith of the undefeatable.
2) → I am now filled with faith, certainty, and confidence. I now create and feel these emotions in my body.
3)  My thoughts are powerful. I keep my thoughts and emotions geared to all that is good, admirable, excellent & praiseworthy.

4)I feel the goodness

5) I am now allowing my feelings and thoughts to contain the Good I value

6) I now allow my world to be filled with gladness & Divine purpose

7) I now allow myself to learn more,

surrender more

& enjoy more

in this very moment of
