Loving your meals

&Visuals welcome

Hey there Community:

feel free to share your favorite foodie affirmations

Healthy food is a source of pleasure for me

I love my body and nourish it with good food and plenty of exercise

I chew my food thoroughly, eat slowly and savor my meals

I am Grateful For The Roof over my head, For the Food I have, and for The Peace of Mind I have!

I listen to my body and it tells me the types of food it needs

I choose a sufficient quantity and quality of foods everyday

Every bite of food I eat is nourishment for my Body, Mind and Soul

Today I only eat foods that are life enhancing for me.

My body absorbs appropriate nutrients of all food and drink that I consume
