Good morning ( or whatever time it is by everyone)
I have started my day & on a beautiful roll… thanks to the focused positivity I allow utilizing Bmindful.
Last eve & this morning, I created intentions & my day is flowing as though it is a script I navigated … co- created… oh yeah I did ( :
I of course enjoyed the posts of others & allowed everything to add to the flow. Thank you Bmindful Community & the beyond - helpful place of Bmindful!💗

PAINT
My poetry pallet
Dry as of late
Crusty and cracked
From lack of use
Brushes stiff
Inflexible
Life rushes by
No time to paint
Minds frozen in time
Allow your brush
To stroke
Feeling your heart
Bleed
Begins the canvas
From the inside out
Seek to find
The good
It is always there
Paint!
Words are like seeds. When you write them out, they grow into your dreams and spark the imagination of others.

it’s saying to me to listen to your inner being .
It’s always sharing .
Take good notes.
And from there - seek the good always available. How true is that!
To me, this is why affirmations and so many other positivity things & Bmindful work so well!
