I found a good grief video by Happy Accident
and shared it with a variety of others…
-turned its suggestions into affirmations .
I was inspired by a good friend who appreciated the video
and created
affirmations!

Still tweaking them , though I am finding much resonating comfort
I absolutely choose to be
patient with myself
in each fresh new moment.
I love how
I choose daily
to be gentle with myself
Every day
I love how
I always keep
my life as simple
as possible
I love how I
allow myself
time and space
to be wherever I am
I love how I
create honoring-rituals
valuing my love
My love remains
so very much
ALIVE forevermore
exponentially
in my life
in my
heart
and soul.
I cherish
how
I give myself
permission
to just be .
I cherish
the balance

maintain in my life .

I now continue
a loving , gentler, life.
Daily I live life with
a growing purpose
which
opens my heart to
new
joy
with greater depth
because of the love I AM
& the love I have been privileged
to experience
I love how my choice
to be around Good People
means safe people who do not judge me or tell me how to be.
I choose to
accept that life will at times feel
“crazy” or “unreal”
I now accept the surreal feelings
that understandably surface
to give me new gifts of love.
I choose to have ongoing faith
that grieving
leads to healing
and this healing leads to
more & more exponentially love based living
I have faith
that my journey
is continuous personal growth that supports my journey .
I choose to always find beautiful meaning
in my pace, process and plans in this new season of my life
Self care
is always important
& never more important than now
I Am now
Allowing my path, pace, process to be ‘just right’
