Action Steps: getting unstuck 

1. Frame your challenge
2. Draw upon what is working by examining your strengths, your values and what you have done in previous situations to help you out of another challenge. 
3. Create your Ideal, translate it into a Vision and an intention.
4. Come up with a mantra to remind you of your vision.
5. Every day, commit to a small action to prove that you are moving towards your Ideal and remind yourself what is working. 
6. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

on seeing change with some beautiful qualities 

I love how contrast creates the place of knowing what our heart has been trying to say really well.

1. All is Perfect I am completely thankful I release what hasn’t and doesn’t serve me and Let Go Let G_d. Amen 🙏.

    

2. I AM a Divine Natural at allowing Magnificence and Order within all valued areas of my life.
3. Wow! I have created a completely organized understanding of the solution I have desired. - -
4. ———> The life energy in my surroundings are really mirrors of what I love, therefore my world is beautifully harmonious ,awesomely kind and abundantly fruitful
5. I AM the CEO of all that matters to me, and I AM remarkably passionate and successful.

6. I am allowing myself to be truly okay.
   I AM the empowered nature I have been seeking.

7. God Is my Source I am hearing and following G_d’s meticulous direction.

8. I exceed my largest expectation and allow my Source to intervene and do the Mightiest of works.

9.  I allow Perfect Solutions and my mind body spirit are absolutely thrilled with the ongoing continuous benevolent outcomes.

10. Wow! This is incredibly hard

    and things I have never had to do before,

    and I am doing it!!!! I can do hard things!!!
