Today I will have 2–3 potassium-rich foods
For example a banana for breakfast, 1/2 cup of kidney beans at lunch,
and in the future will add potatoes and lentils in my day for dinner.
My favorite beverage is also a potassium rich drink .

I will create beautiful dark green leafy salads daily
I will eat vegetables, especially spinach and chard.
I will include white beans too

I love how I keep my goals in mind
