I was watching a video a while back and the guy said "Think of each day as another life" and I was like, of course. Each day that we wake up in the morning is a Restart, it's a new life, Everyday is a new life, and if we think of it like that, we can take it one day at a time, we can improve one day at a time, also it teaches us to focus solely on the Now, Right now is all we have, we don't have the past, that's gone, we don't have the future because the future is constantly being created and changed, all we have is Right now, and the beauty about Right now is you can change it at any time, you can change your future at anytime, this is your chance to create your Heaven on Earth, starting one day at a time
