Dear Newness of Self,
Wow, I love how strong you are!
I never knew it was possible to have
self compassion of this degree
during such a season of foreign places to be.
Even when things don’t feel good,
you find ways to love and care for yourself .
Newness of Self , let’s get thru this week together .
My ways may be obscure for the areas you are handling ,
though I believe in you to create our universe with strength, courage , peace of mind, dignity, kindness and yes even
the smiles you love to plant on your face… all soon to be ours.

Thank you self for knowing it was time to surrender when I thought I could do it alone or not do it at all.
