Burned Out a Bit? Every once in a while I know I need to slow down, or simply do more things I enjoy.
This thread is a thread for doing what is necessary, when it needs to be done, and paying close attention to personal “whatever it takes’ to take care of self.
Would you like to join me in self care routines and making them a foundation in life?

I did a good thing this eve. I went to the gym, and after made a commitment to myself that I have started my regular workouts again, and strong commitment to not just keep doing the next right thing..but choosing more often what is good for me in each new moment, with that moment and the future in mind.
Doing one or the other has not benefited me lately. Only looking at the moment is great, if I had no goals. Only looking ahead..causes burn out..

as i’m more of a hippie than a gym bunny i have decided to start going for early morning walks .My inner child has been neglected recently so little flowerchild is going to look out for butterflies,birds,flowers,rainbows,spiders webs .In the afternoons we will be creative and play making vision boards ,journals etc .love flowergirl
