Every day life tells us what we need to do to lessen stressors - by simply choosing to do what needs to be done when it is best needed to be accomplished.
If we keep doing doing doing- we risk becoming a human doing versus a human being. If we decide not to do, we risk life being in charge of us rather than choosing to care for our lives.
The acronym IF is often stated to stand for … I Fear.
I don’t believe our inner kids want to live in fear, and they know how to let us know that by our feeling overwhelmed, needing lots of breaks and just easing up when things still need our attention.
So how do we engage in life so it has more flow and fun? Who has the answers? Our inner kids, that’s who(:
That is what this thread is geared to - teaming with our inner kid so life is more lighthearted and fun and teaching them the ropes too, that it is privilege to have a life to take care of.
so whether you want to write your inner kid a playful loving letter, create affirmations, share a related video … just have fun and create a way to ‘make things happen’ with more joy in your step, heart, spirit and compassion for your very being .
