Every once in awhile there are things we need to do whether we feel like it or not. And we can do things. We are capable people. We powerfully need to communicate with ourselves in a way that we will listen and love what we hear.

So you say it’s time to get moving and there are parts of you that aren’t saying yes? That’s okay. We know how to have fun and ease into anything that will give us the life we say we ❤️.
Here we go…
You can picture that protein drink that you make in seconds.
You love how you feel when you have this as a morning joyful moment that makes you happy.
And as Spock might say, it’s just illogical ( to not do this)
So speak to you like you mean it with love and start this day with all the feelings you have always appreciated and then some.

As I wake, my Yes energy seems to be creating too many possibilities. Lol
To narrow things down and feel that focus I love.. I allow myself
a focus on only
the very most valuable
things of the day…
that if I did those things -
everything else will be easier.
So yes to simplification
And yes to most valuable
And yes , to feeling very well and strong focus on what makes everything else work
A Yes to belief that I can do things that are complex and create ease from the involved
A yes to knowing what I think
A yes to knowing how I feel
A yes to caring about others
and a strong yes
to create my foundation
as a top priority so others have a more congenial
place in my world.
