afternoon thoughts
Today my morning cantaloupe was praiseworthy.
It was delicious. It nourished me, It filled me up and quenched my thirst.
Now as hours have passed my thoughts of a healthy lunch is praiseworthy.
my desire is praiseworthy and my life giving intentions surrounding my energy to do good things are praiseworthy.

Today in this moment, is an absolutely fresh new moment; I have never ever been here before and I welcome this moment and every fresh new moment that follows
As I prepare for this day of newness, I AM.
