Today I allow myself to ease into a fresh new day.
I allow myself to think about my first meal of a fresh new day.
I am grateful for a choice.
I am grateful that I know what appeals to me and why.
I allow myself the luxury of knowing what doesn’t feel good, so I can address it.

Today I think about not only what matters to me
though the changes I have experienced in that area.
Some of my own creation and others In which I had no control.
It makes me have so much gratitude for being able to peacefully think about both,
and using my time, my focus in fresh new ways
which never take anything for granted…even though I thought I never did.
