It would be good to tap into your heart and let it speak. That is not an easy thing to do. It is shear bravery to be so open with your raw feelings. The thing is, I believe, that by letting others experience the love in your heart they also will be able to express the love in their hearts and that increases the love in our world. We need all the love in the world we can manufacture. And the only way we can increase world love is to give it to the world. To have more you have to give it away. Pouring out your heart love is very hard. It is very personal and you are opening up a portal of your soul for any other emotion to escape as well. Love in our heart is our portal to our soul.
Words are like seeds. When you write them out, they grow into your dreams and spark the imagination of others.

Who am I?
Who have I been?
Who will I be?
A mighty question after
considerable
time has passed
since my birth -beginnings.
I am
still that young child
who loves to love
I am still that adolescent
Who finds joy in being in love
I am now young old-adult
Who can’t imagine life without joy or
every feeling that goes
with the commitment
of marriage.
Who am I now?
I am all of those phases of life
with more respect for all and everything
Who am I now and always will be, I Am Love

I agree Poppy,
The world needs love...
And the more we give love the more it increases...
I can share w/ you of how much my appreciation and better understanding that I have, which is relatively new.
In my own way, I feel like my ability to connect with and to understand myself has improved.
I am free to feel my connection is my now is more like an experience and not an informational task.
My curiosity doesn't leave me and I'm more awake to my energy and my intentions.
