Meditation for Courage and Hope in Times of Stress, Uncertainty, Grief or Loss

→   I allow myself to live in accord with my deepest needs and wishes knowing all is well with everything that I love.
  →   Not only that I CAN Do IT, and that I have a better plan for doing it- I am now totally looking forward to every bit of it!
