I like the feeling of not having too many urgent and important things on my list, if I don’t have those urgent and important things to do.
I like knowing what I need to do because having them done increases my feel good feelings.
I like rewiring my feelings to tell me everything is getting done to my satisfaction and I can relax in good faith that all is well.

My experience I am choosing for my evening is a mindful yet relaxing one.
I chose for mind to be a bit more organized, and it was.. though realize I am also not wanting to rush/push myself.
So my evening
I choose to experience
is to slowly yet surely
keep on keeping on
with the pic I have in my heart for a momentum I prefer for my life.
I choose to feel promise.
