Tonight is a super "buck" moon, the biggest and brightest of 2022.

The moon was awesome last night.
I took 3 pics in different locations and my last picture was the best! I got a huge green ring followed by a darker violet ring.... Spectacular... There were not clouds when I was watching, and the light of the moon was bright and the sky was clear.

I think breathing is the key to a spiritual perspective as well as many other perspectives. It is free and it is a very powerful tool for regulating your body and mind.
Words are like seeds. When you write them out, they grow into your dreams and spark the imagination of others.

I read recently by accepting our limitations , we allow ourselves to soar beyond them.
As we are honest with our spirit , we soar as the masterpieces we all are .
Some moments may be uncomfortable, and some moments are the joyous experiences we can’t put into words - though it’s all good , because today is the day that was made

12. The Grace of God is available to all. Historically, the ‘Grace of the Sage’ is available to the committed spiritual seeker. The strength of the ego can be formidable, and without the assistance of the power of higher spiritual beings, the ego cannot of itself transcend itself. Fortunately, the power of the consciousness of every great teacher or avatar who has ever lived still remains and is available.
To focus on a teacher or their teachings by meditation makes the power of that teacher available to the seeker. It is the will of every truly enlightened sage that every spiritual seeker succeeds, and not just the members of some specific or exclusive group. Just as the individual seeker of spiritual advancement benefits all mankind, thus also does the enlightenment of the Teachers benefit the seeker. That power and energy is available to call upon.
