I gave this thought/energy this eve.
I asked myself what energy have I been entertaining?
I of course needed to ask what is,
to know what I am desiring…
the Contrast.
Though as I found out … I realized I needed to momentarily love whatever is, for giving me more guidance. As I allowed the what is, I could allow something I loved. I did just that. It was such a beautiful thing …. Thank you for this thread. Great reinforcement… great focus.

I believe many of us believe we have to
jump over things we don’t like… as though they never existed. I believe doing that … just creates more of what we don’t want. I believe it’s like having an active fire in a room and choosing to believe on some universe we put it out, so I am
going to just believe I put it out lol
So it goes back to contrast. We need to acknowledge it, and thank it for being here to remind us of what we do want and change what we can. Loving all of the process brings appreciation into experience and some wonderful wonderful things we can do to bring something absolutely perfect into our experience. At least that was my experience when I wasn’t initially experiencing the peace and harmony my spirit desires soooo much.
And thankfully, feeling better things (:
