While it is easy to often see how we are not doing what we need to do when we need to do it, are we seeing enough of what we are improving upon?

And to balance that out can we see what we would like to better and how would we like to structure that in everyday living?

I am eating varied healthy foods and eating more regularly.

I am working on increasing this & becoming more creative again w/cooking

While I have increased water intake, I  choose to see how much I am actually drinking

I would like to place my affirmations of the day on flash cards and categorize them to use as needed/desired whenever I would ❤️.

I am very selective with who I share with, and I make time to share

While I am very selective for myself , I continue to work on myself so I am more present and compassionate when others reach out

my spirit place in prayer. Meaning I will live from a place of gratitude, enjoy affirmative prayer, prayers that already exist, and free form prayers throughout my day. Thank you is a prayer too.

I buy great healthy foods and attempt to use them all in the time they are good.

I will do a better job of labeling, freezing and creating meal plans to better ingest good meals and not waste.
