How do I feed my joy today?

I had authentic moments of inner thought and feelings.

I vowed to be joyful.

I did my affirmation discipline

I spoke and texted with friends

I wrote affirming prayer and poetry

(and this was all before food and getting out of bed)

How Will I continue to feed my joy today:

• eat a good brunch
• do my selected chores
• plan a bit of upcoming week and month
• break things down to smaller pieces … things that are bigger projects
• break things down to smaller pieces …. Things that keep going to bottom of list and getting little action
• See where my friends fit in around the week I have created around solo things

How do I feed my joy today?

I went to a favorite healthy store that has great prices…to get an assortment of organic fruits and salad… mostly.

I prepared a nice meal

I also chatted with good friends and a family member.

Writing is really doing it for me these days

Grateful to have such small things feed my joy.

Intention is my catalyst for my ideal future and I now feel incredibly hopeful for a good life.

Each day is filled with new possibilities in which I allow to be IDEAL and simply MAGNIFICENT for me.
