1. I will allow comfort all day.
2. I choose food that I enjoy
3. I am a meticulous ‘decluttering machine’ who chooses how to organize and clean from the joyous parts of my being.
4. I think clearly
5. I make great decisions
6. I enjoy music and inspirational audios
7. I enjoy my home
8. My lists give me momentum 
9. I love 💕 feeling ready, willing and capable of a great day.
10. Ready

1. Keep on doing the next right thing and things just somehow get done(:
2. Pace myself in between activities, and I stay rested.
3. Pace myself in between activities and I remain energized
4. Feel my feelings and accept where I am, and I move forward as my Spirit intended
5. Allow myself to be mindful of my daily meals, and I stay very healthy.
6. Keep doing all I am doing and I get exercise naturally 
7. When I am ready I will get back to work outs
8. I enjoy the supportive friends I have.
9. I let go and pray and let go some more
10. I have hope, and I am generously kind to myself.
