Whether you are a little too chilly or too hungry or too something to start your day… All can be as you desire with morning intentions, affirmations and creating a process to begin.
Sound too easy… It is when we allow.
Resistance is an obstruction that can melt when we remember we can talk ourselves into something as easily as we have talked ourselves out of it… once we begin the process of intending and creating.

I intend:
to enjoy this day and feel the possibilities of what I truly love that I can do something about.
I intend:
to have a lovely hot breakfast and beautiful cup of tea, that I enjoy creating for myself every step of the way.
I intend to allow the flow of loving myself and making myself incredibly happy with all of my thoughts, feelings, prayers and compassionate actions.
