Today there are ways of being, tools to use, and tasks I will continue.
Today I will eat well with what I already have and create a grocery list for the more I want to have
Today I will drink a good amount of water
Today I will be joyful knowing I am a spiritual being first.
and
Choose today to allow a focus on mind, body and spirit.
