My GOOD journey today begins with:
- -trusted people I connect with
- good food
- a book 📖 I am creating which consists of my master lists, projects, tasks .It also assists my accountability and the acknowledgment of my accomplishments
- I ‘work’ my affirmations and apply my intentions
- I expect a lack of resistance from those that help

- Had a morning meal. I feel good about my choices.
- Had good contact with friends and a family member. I feel good about these interactions.Feel excellent a matter of fact.
