Today is a great day for a great day!
Today I assess what meaningful things will make a difference to me when co-creating my day.
Today I begin with what I know that are meaningful basics:
Prayer
Surrendering
Affirmations /Intentions
My hydration
My food
My choices for eating are kept simple to create awesome

this is a great rule of thumb when balancing out daily life. My goal is to be genius on the basics and it will nourish me in all ways.

Not sure where I got these… if I tweaked them, created them or they are just ones I found and And llove them. They might have been a combo from Bmindful… ones I had and other members had. Anyway found them to be very good for my now. Hope you enjoy!
I Am living in a natural state of joyfulness
I clearly see joy in my surroundings.
