Today I am brilliant with caring for myself.

I easily allow myself to raise my emotional set point.

I allow joy filled ideas and feelings I love.

I begin thinking and feeling how to nourish my body with foods that will healthily sustain me.

I allow myself to choose to desire to start my day with whatever I want and need to do.

I choose to desire to do the tasks of what I need to do.
