Each day I allow time for my 'energy work'... which btw isn't work!
Its a daily joyful discipline which allows for the most harmonious place for me to experience the life I love.
It begins with a place of neutrality....as I allow my heart and soul to be open to absolutely awesome creation.
It feels like unspoken answered prayer... every time.
It is filled with love, peace, joy and whatever a perfect day would feel like...

As I mindfully record my day, I realize even when I am not choosing consciously, I am choosing something unconsciously.
