I live the life of my dreams by first acknowledging in mind, body and spirit what IS working well in my life.

I live the life of my dreams by not comparing myself to others by what they believe I should do, think, and feel.

I live the life of my dreams by establishing what really matters to me.

I live the life of my dreams by allowing my joy to stem from the love I Am

I believe we are all love and we all matter just not at the expense of others.

I believe in raising my expectations of myself is important with an equal level of compassion for myself.

I believe today is a great day to clear my energy of others.

I believe establishing and owning the energy of love is the only energy that should come forth

I believe forgiving myself when I have not met my own expectations or those of others is a fundamental daily area I choose to allow.

I believe a big part of growing older, yet not old in mind body and spirit:

• to acknowledge the many years you have been on the planet, and the lessons you’ve already learned and live life with what it means to have learned fully from these lessons.
• to acknowledge life is precious and to love life even when ‘someday s’ all you hear from others are reasons some  don’t like/love you, themselves or the world they live in.
