I enjoy working with inner child -love. I believe sometimes when life gets filled with lots of experiences, it is important not to become one with static What is static? To me, static is whatever creates distance between you and what truly matters to you. It creates distance from who you really are.Here is an example of an inner child 👶 inner 🧒 love affirmation that I like:

✅ → My inner child gets my full attention, and I give all my love.

Found another inner child (process) affirmation/affirmative prayer, I had written in 2010:

As I begin my day, I am so connected to the part(s) of me that I call my inner child(ren). They always know how they feel and what they want. And today, I remember to ask, to care, to connect and know I am them. I am more then the self who does things in my productivity-mode. I am kind to every part of me that makes me -me. Today I honor that bond. And I thank God for the opportunity to be real to me, so I can be real to all others I come in contact with in life. And so it is. Amen.

As I listen to how my

little one (inner lil me)

is feeling -

the only thing that matters is that she is well taken care of

and that she trusts

I'll always be there for her

Your inner child may be feeling something that feels less than smiley, that they do not want you switching off like a bad tv channel. Ask your child how can I help. Ask what would you enjoy? Tell them it’s all about you right now, and you are what is appreciated.You are being heard and nurtured .  Allow yourself to surface and be the you that is always with you and is waiting just for you.

As I listen and love my inner child/children today, I find whatever I needed to inspire myself is now beautifully present. Whatever I desired to feel more fulfilled is with me in the most authentic and enjoyable way. Today is a pleasant and wonderful day. I look forward to being wherever I Am. I am grateful, peaceful, and joyful.
