In response to Poppy's post: So glad it was helpful, Poppy.
Yes it was getting a bit hard to know how to care for the different kinds of masks.
☼I was starting to have a 'wardrobe' of them. When we run into people now-we now say - 'like your mask, where did you get it, like it is a trendy outfit?'
And when you start to run low it can be costly,
so I was glad to find this short video-to reuse properly.
I just replenished my PPE gear few moments ago. Fortunately they had some in stock,
It was hard to find my small size in gloves, though got more of those too.
I am glad.
I love these quotes for these/all times!

In response to Selfcare:PresentMomentPower˚'s post: The article you mentioned contained much more information about COVID 19. What about psychological personal equipment?

I love your question Poppy-will give it thought today(:
BE YOU
It is impossible to fully grasp the degree and long term outcome of the overall effect of COVID-19. I believe it will be generational across the world and especially in the United States where so many people have not survived.
Individually, we are currently doing our best to deal with our own situation as the virus and its impact confronts us daily. If you choose, please share what you are doing to stay psychologically and emotionally safe. There are so many unknowns...where to start?? Perhaps with:
1. What is your greatest fear?
2. How has your life changed?
3. What are you doing to be of service to others?
4. Fill in your own questions.

Thank you for the questions to trigger thoughts(:
How has my life changed?
Initially, my mind, body, spirit kept trying to attach itself to anything I may have experience to give me more confidence toward getting through this. And while I believe I have gotten thru things that had major uncertainty attached... nothing so global has ever been part of my experience.

Now the good news:
- Always have believed self-care was the way to go, and to treat self-care as though ones life depended on it (though I'd say this this reinforcement was a bit over the top)
- I've always believed taking a focused stand on taking care of myself-would help me give greater quality to others...and I believe that even more today.
- Communication in our home regarding self care is much easier, because it is so blatant how important it is
- Communication with others on the topic is a given too.
- As far as service to others; I am at a job where I still choose to create ways to do this with everyone I interact with. Current situation- has opened the door to better connections with others - in giving from the heart.
- In my home, many projects that I felt were important to make life easier - became a given too.
When I return I will share some tools I have even greater faith in.
and so true:
It is impossible to fully grasp the degree and long term outcome of the overall effect of COVID-19. I believe it will be generational across the world and especially in the United States where so many people have not survived.
This of course is the element of this 'equation' that will never go unnoticed. When I go to work, sometimes I feel like I am off to war... until I focus from my heart and remember there are things I can do daily with those I interact with-in a very positive way.
Though, when my mind begins evaluating the many people who are ill or who have died, its a tall order. I do what I can to never take life for granted... not mine, those I love (that are close to me) and every human being my spirit knows, will know and has ever known.

Pandemic
What if you thought of it
as the Jews consider the Sabbath —
the most sacred of times?
Cease from travel.
Cease from buying and selling.
Give up, just for now,
on trying to make the world
different than it is.
Sing. Pray. Touch only those
to whom you commit your life.
Center down.
And when your body has become still,
reach out with your heart.
Know that we are connected
in ways that are terrifying and beautiful.
(You could hardly deny it now.)
Know that our lives
are in one another’s hands.
(Surely, that has come clear.)
Do not reach out your hands.
Reach out your heart.
Reach out your words.
Reach out all the tendrils
of compassion that move, invisibly,
where we cannot touch.
Promise this world your love —
for better or for worse,
in sickness and in health,
so long as we all shall live.
BE YOU
