My mind is filled with loving thoughts which ultimately are converted into my life experiences

I Am enjoying my enjoyment.

I find enjoyment in the simplest things in life.

I experience healthful living now including proper diet, sleep, recreation, and exercise.

Today I choose to enjoy every experience that comes along
