changed as your priorities change, new ones added, and others dropped.

So often goals become a burdensome energy/containing feelings of stress.

It seems the mind starts creating lists and questions before you even have a chance to remember it was you and you alone that desired something you wanted to work toward.

I love this quote because it reminds me I always have a choice to pursue what is meaningful, how I want to create my intention, the steps I'd like to take and be absolutely flexible in the entire process.

☑Everything cooperates with me because I Am cooperating with me.

☑I balance my life to create alignment between my needs, abilities, desires, and purpose

☑My mind is sound, my memory is clear, my intellect is sharp and focused

I woke up with a thread and affirmations the other day.

Actually I wasn't fully awake when I posted it, though after creating these affirmations -I can tell you my energy EXPERIENCED A POSITIVITY OVERHAUL

I initially didn't want to get out of bed, or do the work day I had ahead. How many of you feel like that...every once in awhile?

(smiles) below are my fill-ins & hope you join in with yours from time to time. Remember we have choice in the tools we choose for everyday living-to ease into liking right now even more (even loving right now more}

inspired perfectly...

'perfectly' energized -the way I love to feel for that which requires best energy.

wonderfully inspired and the details which could prosper from my attention contain balance and flow,

and a work of art for my discriminating taste.

and a joy to know,

a selfcare enthusiast!

I allow myself to be completely rested. well fed,

& a joyous routine oriented body building 'fanatic'
