Connecting with my inner child is so liberating and so surreal and so innocent and so unworldly. I love finding the simplicity of love and joy and wonder!!

When I visit this forum I almost always peruse the most recent threads by placing my hand over them and feel if any energy pulls me toward them. I guess my inner child zapped my hand because it is still tingling.

I have no idea what I’m going to do today to reconnect with him, but I am going to go for it. I’ll let you know later how it goes...What will you do today to let your inner child out of his/her cage?

I Adore the picture of the young girl with the unbridled joy, with her arms wide open, as she is ready to explode with joy while standing in either rain or a sprinkler!! Wow!! Instantly, my inner child sees and relates!! Embrace her spirit!!
My inner child sees joy, ease, play and lightness in all situations!
Today, I will make lots of space for my inner child to bring joy, innocence, giggles and humor into all that I see and do!
I see that humor is a gift and even more, it is a way to not get "taken" by the weight of our perception of our current situation.
I choose to leave room for my inner child!
My inner child sees beauty and opportunity for unbridled positivity in all situations.
I step back and I choose to allow myself to float.
I choose the courage of surrender knowing that my relationship with surrender is within my nature and within my highest good.
Surrendering gives me immediate peace.
I can always choose to connect to the wisdom of my inner child!

Thank you Kathi & Poppy! I am so glad you received the calling to hear and listen to your inner child. And oh yes, there is essential wisdom there. And there is the essence of what matters to you. It may arrive with thoughts, emotions and some unmet needs... though always meant just for you... to be just you.
As we tend to that little one, our adult feels so listened to, approved of and thoroughly enjoyed.
As we have fun with the energy, we hear more of our inner kid(s).
As with kids in general, we never want to ignore, we want to show we are there for them, and we let them know we are here not to say no to them...we are here to take care of them with their ABSOLUTE best interests in mind, and keep the joy, wonder, curiosity, playfulness and carefree spirit of them active.
We become a party ...a celebration of 1, yet so open to play with whomever is near.
We love.
